This You tube clip shows all the different Teen Romantic-comedy films that are out at present. This is very useful as part of my secondary research, it will give me a better insight into what should be included in my own opening as I can incorporate ideas expressed in these films. This clip also shows that their are a range of Teen Romantic Comedies, that have been produced at the mass, indicating that Teen Romantic Comedies are very popular and have been a success for many years. More Teenage Romantic Comedies within this clip have been released in the 21st century, reinforcing the idea that this is a continuously growing genre and will remain popular to teenagers all over the world. This clip therefore supports our choice into choosing this genre. This clip also gives us the cover of the film, this exposed to the audience the characters that might be involved along with the setting. From this perspective, we can find out the general stock settings and characters that tend to be shown in the Teenage Romantic Comedy film genre, again giving a better insight into our Genre. This will make it easier when it comes to filming our opening.
